Save the Date

Share some general information about your event so we can get a general understanding of what you're envisioning. If your date is available, we'll email you the next planning form and gather the details needed to put together a preliminary estimate for your celebration.

Your plans can take shape at their own pace. Whenever you're ready to explore the details further, we'll be here to help you take the next step!

STEP TWO

Confirm Event Details

We'll take a closer look at your celebration, from the overall vibe and drink menu to personalized touches like signature cocktails, custom drinkware, and decorative details.

We'll also calculate quantities to help you purchase the right amount of alcohol without unnecessary guesswork. If your event requires an ABC permit, we'll help you understand the applicable requirements and where to start.

With the details in place, we'll put together a final estimate that accounts for your selections and service needs—giving you a clear picture of the costs before any making any commitments.

STEP THREE

Secure the Date

Once you're happy with your plan and ready to move forward, your retainer secures your date and officially books The Toast Post for your celebration.

As your date approaches, we'll confirm the remaining details and keep everything moving toward the big day. Your final payment is due 30 days before your event, giving us time to finalize preparations and ensure we're ready to serve.

With the planning in place and the details in our hands, you can look forward to celebrating with your guests while we take care of the bar. After all, this is your occasion to enjoy, too.
